The queen asks her robin to go fetch the prince, so she can have his heart, to keep and love him forever. The robin agrees. He flies out to meet the prince, who asks whether this area is in the Realm of Flumph. The robin reveals that it is, and that he is a messenger sent by the queen herself. That he is to return to the queen bearing the prince's heart.

A comic that I wrote in the 90s but didn't get around to illustrating until the mid-2010s. Acrylic paint on gesso'd cartridge paper. This story is included in Ambs Myers and my collection of weird fiction Alien Lives.
